Energy Session
Is energy work right for you? In most cases, yes! I combine my knowledge and experience from Chinese medicine, acupuncture, and energy modalities like reiki. I am deeply passionate about helping you meet your goals through energy work. It is normal if during a session you feel lots of emotions, feel tingles/ sensations in your body, have memories and different visuals come up.
Energy sessions will be held in person at my office located in Gainesville, FL. Distance sessions available upon request.

Dowsing rod session
Are you looking for divine guidance? If so book a dowsing rod session with me. We will have a session via google meet (if this is not possible could also be via facetime). I channel angels and often times your benevolent guides and ancestors to bring you clarity.
While making your appointment you will be guided to fill out a form. Please only submit yes or no questions.

Twerk & Flow
You can only ascend high as you are rooted. Part of being an ethereal being is taking care of your physical vessel. Thus, Twerk & Flow is a guided somatic journey to release stuck energy, strengthen self-love, and yes, I guarantee you will learn how to twerk in the process. I have a Bachelors of Arts in Dance from the University of Florida and have taught multiple Zumba and heels dance classes.
Book this to experience a private somatic dance class from me, using my Twerk & Flow model. The class can be held at my house or a location of your choosing. Bring a yoga mat and an open heart. The class will also be to high vibrational music, crafted to embody the goddess energy.

Stay tuned for when I pass Acupuncture boards and start offering Five Element Acupuncture! During my residency year at Academy for Five Element Acupuncture, I treated a variety of conditions. From pain, post COVID recovery, sleep paralysis, insomnia, anxiety, depression, to spiritual growth.

We often give more power to ‘dis-ease’ than to the miracles God is pouring into us. Chinese medicine taught me how to understand the body through a spiritual lens. Reiki and other energy modalities strengthened my psychic abilities. Thus, I am here to help you move through anything - body, mind, and spirit.
