Energy Session

I am deeply passionate about helping you meet your goals through energy work. I call my energy work spiritual surgery because there is potential to have massive shifts. I combine energy healing modalities that I have been practicing for years- Reiki and Belvaspata.

Reiki channels life force energy, to me that is God’s love. Belvaspata is a healing technique that invokes angels. My energy work is hands off but it is normal if during a session you feel tingles, heat, and other energetic sensations in your body. It is also normal if during a session you feel emotions come up and have different visualizations or memories resurface.

Sessions will be held in person at my office located in Gainesville, FL. Sessions are an hour and half long. We will talk for about 30 minutes, so I can get to know you better and create the prefect intention for your session. Then you will embark on an inward journey while you lay comfy on a massage table.

Stay tuned for when I pass boards and start offering Five Element acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine! During my residency year at the Academy for Five Element Acupuncture, I treated a variety of conditions. From pain, post COVID recovery, sleep paralysis, insomnia, anxiety, depression, to spiritual growth.

Five Element acupuncture treats the person as a whole- body, mind, and spirit. The Five Elements- Wood, Fire, Earth, Metal. Water- represent the cyclical flow of Qi. Through understanding how these elements interact within, we seek to find the root of illness to restore health.

Dance Classes

Weekly dance fitness classes at Depot Village! My dance classes are unique because I combine my experience from teaching Zumba and Heels dance classes. My moto for these classes are a space to get sweaty & sexy!

No dance experience necessary, I will guide you along the way. Adding these classes to your routine will make working out feel liberating and nourishing. Please wear comfortable clothing, bring a water bottle, and maybe even a rag or small towel.

Twerk & Flow

Part of being an ethereal goddess is taking care of your physical vessel. Thus, Twerk & Flow is a guided somatic journey to release stuck energy, strengthen self-love, and yes, I guarantee you will learn how to twerk in the process.

Book this to experience a private dance class from me, using my Twerk & Flow model. We start with breathwork, getting into the body, then you are guided through different techniques to master twerking, and lastly receiving energy work.

The class can be held at my office or a location of your choosing. Bring a yoga mat and an open heart. The class will also be to high vibrational music, crafted to embody the goddess energy.
